Spacious apartment with a comfortable sitting area and well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the location, just a short walk from the South Kensington station. The reception staff were very nice and always eager to assist with local tips. The penthouse had great air conditioning, which kept us cool during warm days. the clothes washer and dryer unit lacked clear instructions, making it a bit frustrating to operate. I also noticed some noise from neighboring apartments, especially during late hours. Frequent daily cleaning would be a nice touch too. it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Hot water availability often inconsistent during peak hours!!! Cleaning standards need a serious upgrade, stains and odors detracted from the overall experience!!! The sofa bed situation was less than ideal, making things quite uncomfortable!!!
